The RealHER Podcast
If you found this show, I genuinely don't think it was by accident.
The RealHER is the podcast for ambitious women who know they want more out of life and are figuring out what the hell that means. Every Tuesday your hype woman and wisest bestie Kristina Fusco gets into the real stuff. The heartbreak and the healing. The identity shifts and the plot twists. The big dreams and the messy beautiful middle of becoming the woman you actually want to be.
This is not a highlight reel. This is not a five steps to fix your life situation. This is the conversation you needed to have with your most honest, most loving, most hyped up best friend. The one who has been through it, became HER, and came back to walk you through yours.
Real relationships, real success, and a real life you actually love are not just possible for other women. They are waiting for you on the other side of this.
New episodes drop every Tuesday.

Content note: This episode contains discussions of sexual assault and sexual violence against women. Please take care of yourself and use your own discretion before listening.
Something hit the news this past week that I could not shake, and when I sat down to record a totally different episode, my brain would not let me do it. Another woman drugged, another woman sexually assaulted, and I have been upset and angry ever since. I know this is not a political platform or a news outlet, but this one affects women. It affects me, and it affects you.
In this episode I am getting into why "not all men" completely misses the point, and why I would love to see good men getting angrier when this sh*t happens instead of getting defensive. I am sharing what me and my girlfriends did time and time again when we found a guy too drunk to get himself home in college, and why taking advantage of him would never cross a single woman's mind. We are talking about why my doctor told me to go on birth control at 18 before I left for university, why women are taught to watch our backs while nobody is teaching men consent, and why silence and passiveness are just as bad.
To my women listening, I see you, I love you, and I will always believe you. To my men, I do not hate you, but I need you to start stepping up. Because 'not all men' does not change anything. Men changing men does.
If you or someone you love needs support, the National Sexual Assault Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-800-656-4673.
Topics we get into: not all men, believing women, teaching consent, sexual assault awareness, men holding men accountable, the bro code, raising sons, women's safety, speaking up

The Bestie Hotline is back, and my roommate Makenna is finally in the chair after this entire year of hearing me record through our bedroom wall. Bittersweet does not even begin to cover it because this is also her farewell episode before she packs up and moves to Washington. Two years, one penthouse, a million memories, and we are going out with a bang!
In this episode Makenna and I are getting into your most honest anonymous submissions and besties; you did not hold back. We are talking about how to move forward when you know you want something different but have no idea what that something is yet, why you are probably FBI stalking your ex's new girlfriend right now and what that actually means, what to do when a casual situationship suddenly gives you very non-casual feelings, and how to show up for a friend who seems committed to staying stuck without losing yourself in the process.
We are all going through the same stuff at the core. The messy middles, the unknown chapters, the changes nobody warned us about. That is exactly why we talk about it.

I had a full breakdown on a call with my mentor yesterday and I am telling you about it anyway because that is exactly what this show is for.
In this episode I am getting completely real about the messy middle I am currently in. Managing five businesses, accidentally launching two of them this year, holding back tears on a mentor call, and realizing that at some point multitasking stops being a superpower and starts being self-abandonment. We are talking about the law of neutralization and why learning to find neutral on both your highest highs and your lowest lows is the single most important skill you can develop when you are in a season of level up. Plus, Georgia Fusco makes her official podcast debut and honestly, she steals the show.
It is okay to crash out. It is not okay to stop. And sometimes the crash out is the most important data point you have that something incredible is about to happen.
Topics we get into: the crash out as a growth signal, law of neutralization, multitasking vs self-abandonment, managing overwhelm, enjoying the journey not the destination, becoming HER, stop trading short term dopamine for long term triumph

A friend told me I was the luckiest person she knew and something about it made me want to scream.
In this episode I am getting into why luck is a crock of sh*t and why every time you accept that narrative you are shrinking yourself to make other people more comfortable. We are talking about why luck is not a personality trait or a superpower â it is what happens when preparation meets opportunity. I am sharing the full story of how I got to California, how I made myself findable, and why none of it was luck. It was vision, intention, and showing up every single day even when it was hard.
The next time someone tells you that you are lucky, you do not have to reject it. But you do not have to accept it as the whole story either. Because you are not just a lucky girl. You are a brave girl who did the work.
Maybe you do not need more luck. Maybe you need more clarity, more intention, and more vision. And then you go dream, plan, and do.
Topics we get into: luck vs intention, manifestation and action, getting clear on your vision, making yourself findable, betting on yourself, becoming HER, ambition and clarity

Six months in, fresh out of nose surgery, sweating through a Southern California heat wave, and having a full identity crisis. Just a normal Tuesday around here.
In this episode I am getting completely real about where I am right now; the uncomfortable, unfamiliar, unsettling season of becoming the next version of myself. We are talking about why the version of you that got you here cannot be the version that carries you further, the difference between arriving and actually thriving, the passed down beliefs about money and success that I am actively unpacking, and the most important reframe I can offer you right now: you are not incapable. You are just unfamiliar. And that changes everything.
If you are in a season where you can feel the next version of yourself but cannot quite reach her yet, this one is going to feel like I recorded it just for you.
Topics we get into: identity crisis and becoming, arrive mode vs thrive mode, old beliefs about money and success, the identity gap, making decisions aligned with your higher self, choosing your hard, personal development and growth.

The Bestie Hotline is back and Dallas is back with it for the six month anniversary episode and we almost did not make it because sushi and one glass of wine nearly took us out.
In this episode Dallas and I are answering your most honest anonymous submissions and getting into everything from dating app overwhelm and why swiping can feel like shopping for a person, to the butterflies versus anxiety conversation that just will not quit, to the lantern versus floodlight metaphor that stopped us both in our tracks. You only need to see five feet in front of you. You do not need to see the whole path. Just take the next step.
We also get into values journaling after a breakup, why talking to men on the apps made me nauseous again in real time, and what to do when you genuinely cannot tell if you like someone or if your nervous system is just doing its thing.
Plus Dallas officially gets her third contract terminated. She takes it well.

How do you know when you are actually healed enough to date again?
In this episode I am getting into one of the most common questions I hear from women who are doing the work: how do I know when I am ready? And the honest answer is that some things you simply cannot heal alone. We are talking about what you CAN heal by yourself, what actually requires another person to heal, why dating is basically physical therapy for your nervous system, and how to learn to love without abandoning yourself in the process.
I recorded this episode while personally living every single word of it. Back on the apps for the first time in two years, recovering from surgery, and figuring out how to be a new version of myself in real time. If that is not the most RealHER thing I have ever done I do not know what is.
This is the final episode in our August relationship arc. Start with Episode 23 if you are in heartbreak. Come back to this one when you are ready to get back out there.
Topics we get into: healing after heartbreak, how to know when you are ready to date, dating after heartbreak, nervous system and relationships, attachment styles, self abandonment in relationships, becoming HER, love and healing

What if everything you thought you knew about chemistry and attraction was actually just a trauma response?
In this episode I am sitting down with relationship coach Ashley Navarro and we are getting into the conversation that is going to make you rethink every relationship you have ever been in. We are talking about why butterflies and anxiety are literally the same physiological response, why what we call chemistry is often just familiarity, radical responsibility in love, how to actually tell the difference between intuition and fear, and why the relationship you want is a side effect of pouring into yourself first.
This one cracked something open for me personally and I know it is going to do the same for you.
Topics we get into: butterflies anxiety trauma response, radical responsibility in love, relationship patterns, dating advice for women, attachment styles, intuition vs fear, healthy relationships, becoming HER

If you have ever had your heart broken by someone you genuinely thought was your person, this one is for you.
In this episode I am getting personal about my very first heartbreak and the three lessons it taught me that completely changed how I show up in love. We are talking about what it really means to be an ambitious woman in modern dating, why a supportive partner is non-negotiable or it is no partner at all, and the most counterintuitive thing I truly believe: I hope your heart gets broken someday. Because heartbreak will build you into everything you are meant to be.
This is the first episode in our August relationship arc and honestly one of the most personal episodes I have ever recorded. If you are in a season of heartbreak right now, lean in. This one is for you.
Topics we get into: first heartbreak, ambitious women and dating, love and ambition, healing through heartbreak, becoming HER, what love actually means

The fastest way to change your life is to change the room you are in.
In this episode I am getting into something I genuinely believe is the secret to everything: your environment is either expanding you or shrinking you and there is no in between. We are talking about how to audit the rooms, relationships, and conversations in your life, what it means to be the energy you want to attract, and why I am building The RealHER Society â because it is the room I wish I had years ago when I was clawing my way out of my own rock bottom.
If you have ever felt like your environment was quietly dimming your light, this one is going to make everything click.
Topics we get into: environment and personal growth, rooms and energy, auditing your relationships, be the energy you want to attract, becoming HER, building your circle, RealHER Society
